Satisfaction, Price Match, and Return Policies
1. If you are unsatisfied with products upon receipt, please contact us right away by phone or email.  Most in stock items can be returned.  All special and custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.  Please check sizes carefully when ordering.
2. Returns Can Not occur on special orders and items used by mouth or for hygienic reasons such as reeds and earrings.  If there is a defect, these items are still warranted. 
3. For returns where no defect exists:
-Contact us to make sure that the item can be returned and so that we can give you shipping instructions.  Items sent from the US via courier will have brokerage fees deducted from the refund.  We recommend USPS for US returns and Canadapost for Canadian returns.
-Return the items to us within 30 days from the shipment to you.
4. Shipping is non-refundable.
5. Price matching will occur within 30 days of purchase.  Proof of price match must be provided by the customer.  Prices are converted to Canadian dollars.

Celtic Jewellery Site is a division of Kinnaird Bagpipes & Reeds Inc.  Based out of Saskatoon Canada, the site focuses on bringing Authentic Hallmarked Celtic jewellery to customers around the world. Celtic Jewellery Site specializes in Silver and Gold Celtic rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets, and more. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are landed prices, so there are no hidden fees for the customers.

Special order items may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery due to the creation process.

Celtic Jewellery Site is owned by Rauncie and Rob Kinnaird.  After expanding their primary business Kinnaird Bagpipes and Reeds Inc., Rauncie discovered that there was a strong Celtic presence within Saskatoon and wanted to expand to new markets.  By creating an e-commerce website specifically focused on Celtic Jewellery, she was able to provide Authentic Hallmarked Celtic Jewellery to customers around the world.  Celtic Jewellery Site offers a good selection of stunning gold and silver jewellery including Warrior Shield bands, Claddagh Celtic Rings, Clogau Welsh Gold and Heather Gems.
